Dietary

The residents of River Ridge Living Center are served meals and snacks in
accordance with a diet carefully created by our qualified nutritional staff.
   Each day, our residents are offered the opportunity to attend a formal
dining experience in our newly renovated and seasonally decorated dining
room where they are served restaurant style by our wait staff. If one
should so desire, in-room dining services is also available.
   Themed picnics, barbecues, holiday dinners and other special events are
held throughout the year for the enjoyment of the residents, families and
staff offering everyone the opportunity to converse and enjoy social
interaction.
   Residents may attend a Fine Dining Breakfast, every other Wednesday
where our chef and staff perform with an exquisitely prepared meal.
Special days are celebrated where residents dine with their families or
invited guests in a festive yet formal setting. Both residents and guests are
known to enjoy the specially planned dinner menu and also the
interaction with our exceptionally talented chefs who describe the meal
before it is personally plated and served.
  Residents are encouraged to participate in Dining Room Committee
where they may discuss menus and offer suggestions "The Dietary
Department" strives to enhance the quality of life for our residents by
providing delicious, nutritious meals within their dietary needs and
preferences.
