Our comprehensive inpatient rehabilitative department feature physical,
occupational, and speech therapy services. With our individualized
treatment plans, we are able to meet the needs of our entire community,
from long term care residents to the most active short term sub-acute
rehabilitation patients. We rival even the most intensive acute rehab
facilities, as we offer 3 plus hours of skilled rehab across all disciplines,
when tolerated.
Our recently renovated state of the art rehabilitation facilities allows us
to focus on the short term rehabilitation patients with goals to return to
the community on an average of 2 to 3 weeks. We offer a seamless
transition between inpatient and outpatient therapy services, as well as
community wellness programs to maintain these improved levels of
independence. With the education provided from our skilled therapists,
your rehabilitation course is an ongoing process spanning these
different levels of care.
Our computerized documentation system makes communication with
doctors and insurance companies more efficient and accurate.
We also offer many specialized programming, such as wound care,
edema management, and community reentry trips with our personalized
van.
Our interdisciplinary team including medical staff, nursing, social
services, and skilled therapy allows for improved discharge planning,
communication, and home evaluations; when appropriate.
