River Ridge Living Center provides outpatient rehabilitation services
consisting of physical therapy and occupational therapy to individuals
requiring assistance in maximizing function. Our outpatient therapy
program focuses on ‘hands on’ therapy emphasizing individual
treatment planning with functional goals. We accept most insurances.
Our skilled therapists are trained in techniques to treat orthopedic and
neurological injuries, which include acute and chronic back and neck
pain as well as stroke, sports related injuries and therapy before and
after surgery. Outpatient rehabilitation is available for people of all ages
ranging from 5 years old to the geriatric population.
Our facility is equipped with state of the art equipment including
Quantum strength machines, treadmills, leg bicycles, and an Elliptical
trainer. A Dynatron decompression unit for neck and back therapy is
available. Most importantly, the skilled hands and minds of our
outpatient therapists are here to help the patient progress towards
physical wellness.
As the Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation, I am proud to offer the
community a smooth transition from inpatient rehab to outpatient PT
and OT. Our caring staff is here to help make you perform better.

Wellness Program
The program focuses on continued mobility and wellness to our
surrounding community. After an orientation to the gym facility, the
gym member is able to use the strength and aerobic equipment when
staff supervision is available. The goal of this program is to prevent
community members from potential injury and improve their overall
quality of life. This service is available for a nominal fee.
